Our Resident Care is small and personal. Therefore, you can be assured of a small, personal staff that does not change. Our residents do not have to worry that the person they are used to helping them is going to change as it often does at larger facilities.

Our Senior Primary care provider has been the same person since we have been at this location. Suzette has been in this position for five years in our prior endeavors. You, or your loved one is secure in seeing the same loving faces every day.

We keep Mountain Haven a very small, personal residence. This allows us to keep very few care providers on staff so that the people assisting our residents remains constant, with few changes. We find this feature to be very important to the comfort of our residents.
